FreeFilter

The Natec Network FreeFilter dramatically increases the efficiency of your production line by using a permanent filter system. Many lines have filters using filter socks, which constantly need to be changed. This requires extra manpower and causes massive waste disposal cost.

Our FreeFilter filter insert cleans itself during line production mode. A scraper clears any foreign particles and exits them from the line automatically on a regular basis. Therefore, production times of up to 120 hours are possible between filter cleaning, depending on product formulation and filter mesh size. The stand-alone FreeFilter unit can be cleaned with customer’s CIP or manually.

As part of the innovative Natec Network Rework Concept (separating machine) the FreeFilter can hold back a large variety of foreign particles, e.g. microplastic, aluminium foil or ingredients/condiments before feeding the rework back into regular production.
