Our core task
The core task from our development department is to slip in procedure, application and production know how into our engineering. Out of our ideas we can create innovations, which discover new solutions and set milestones.
Development
- Together with you we develop tailor-made concepts, generate innovative developments and optimise the existing product portfolio.
- Finding solutions for new products or processes is a challenge for us, which we are more than happy to face.
- We look after our new developments right up to commissioning at the customer.
- All gained experience and knowledge goes into future developments.
Innovation management
- In addition to customer-oriented development work, internal company innovation management is also very important to us.
- Through the „Ideenwerkstatt“ we give all employees of the Natec Network a platform to be creative and submit ideas. The ideas are regularly viewed, evaluated and checked for their feasibility. With our responsible person for coordinating innovation management, we ensure that all processes are structured.
- Further tools of our innovation management are the „Concept Gates“ and „Select Gates“, which are held regularly. They ensure a consistent encouragement of innovative ideas and the prioritisation of the most important development projects within the Natec Network.
