Minimise the risk of production stops by individual condition assessment (health checks) and service carried out by Natec Network experts (one-off maintenance or regular servicing). We have a range of service plans available and offer service contracts depending on your needs.

If your machine needs urgent service and maintenance or in case of you need an emergeny response, simply create a service request in our global ticket system via our Natec Network direct core app or or send a service request email.

Health Check / One-Off Maintenance

  • Based on hourly rates for Service Technician, Engineer or Software Engineer (Natec Network Basic Service Conditions) and travel expenses
  • Health Check Package includes 2 health checks per year at a fixed price for 30h working time per health check and 5% loyalty discount on spare parts for a 2 years contract term

Service Plans & Contracts

  • can include multiple health checks per year, regular servicing by Natec Network technicians, loyalty discount on spare parts & remote troubleshoot flatrate at a fixed price
