CubeCutter

CubeCutter

The Natec Network CubeCutter is designed to produce cubes or shreds made of processed cheese or pasta filata. The continuous cutting system complements the Natec Network FreeSlice or other equipment for the production of SOS cheese.

It is also possible to produce cubes or shreds made of analogue or hybrid cheese in variable sizes. The modular design allows the application of different numbers of cutting knives. The CubeCutter 1500 is USDA approved.
