Hygienic Conveyor Belts

Conveyor belts form the basis of an economical and fully automated food processing line. Thanks to the modular design of the Natec Network Hygienic Belt Conveyor, they offer everything a modern food processing line needs. Our hygienic conveyor belts have been specially designed for use in industrial food processing and implemented in accordance with the requirements of our global customers.

The Natec Network Hygienic Conveyor Belt has fully open-sided construction. Unlike conventional conveyors, the Hygienic Conveyor Belt is not difficult or messy to clean. There are no hidden areas or parts to be removed to allow cleaning to be successfully performed.

Maximum product safety: the Hygienic Conveyor Belt is designed according to latest hygiene and safety standards. It has smooth poly urathene on both sides, so it complies with EC 1935/2004 & FDA. Increase bacteriological safety through increased hygiene.

Maximum productivity: productivity is increased as a result of easy cleaning & easy maintenance. Thanks to the completely open design there are no dead spaces and traps to clean and thanks to the easy access for belt replacement maintenance and cleaning are simple.
