The Natec Network PreGrinder is designed to break cheese, meat or butter blocks / barrels into fist-sized pieces. The PreGrinder is even able to grind frozen blocks and barrel goods. As a result of this pre-breaking process the Grinder beneath is able to continuously grind all these products. There is a signal exchange between the two systems to make sure the Grinder always has the correct filling level. The lifting device is controlled by this system, too.

The Grinder is an elementary component of the Natec Network complete solution for e.g. processed cheese production and ensures a large product surface area to guarantee reliable melting / cooking despite high throughput rates. In addition, the special design separates large or foreign bodies without damaging the system or product.
